I gave up scoring the game by about the seventh inning. *fails!*

don’t feel bad. TBF spent the entire game cursing Tony LaRussa, and then glued to the extra laptop because he couldn’t count on the morons on Fox to announce substitutions. it was like i was not even there. which was fine, i know this is a tradition, but i had five minutes of hurt feelings, i will confess.

fox is really bad about that. i hate trying to score the saturday games on fox because they don’t announce substitutions very well, and they often will skip several pitches of an at-bat, and i like to keep track of pitch count when i score, so the whole thing is just an exercise in frustration for me. it’s probably a good thing i watched the game alone with my teddy bear instead of with actual other human beings who don’t want to hear me curse at the tv. :)
